WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE DELIVERED?

We handle orders from Monday through Friday, according to Pacific Standard Time ("days" here is "business days").

1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 3 - 7 business days
  • Shipping Time: 10 - 21 business days

2D Graphic Tee, 2D Graphic Sweatshirt:

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2 - 5 business days

Other products such as Keychain, Pen Pack, the Bible/ Bible Tabs/ Bible Verses in Jar...:

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7 - 10 business days

This bespoke approach ensures that when you place an order, the item is created specifically for you, one at a time, ensuring the highest quality.

  • Standard Shipping (10 - 21 business days): $4.95
  • Free Shipping (14 - 21 business days): Apply to orders with value from $90

2.2 United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping (10 - 21 business days): $4.95
  • Free Shipping (14 - 21 business days): Apply to orders with value from $90

2.3 Worldwide

  • Standard Shipping (25 - 35 business days): $9.95

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please wait for a shipping confirmation email from us, which will include your tracking number. Once received, you can monitor your delivery status anytime by visiting our tracking page: Track My Order

Please allow 2-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Please be aware that:

  • Most of our orders are processed and sent off within the mentioned timeframe.
  • Occasionally, unforeseen issues with our suppliers and delivery partners may cause slight delays. We apologize for any trouble this might cause you.
  • During US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, there may be extended shipping times. We regret any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding.
  • Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us at: support@genusfaith.com to get accurate information about your shipment.
